To the light of my heart, my dearest Kura, have a wonderful birthday. Je t'aimais, je t'aime and je t'aimerai, ma cherie.

Thank you for the lovely day, Kura~ I hope you enjoyed it. I definitely did.

But I agree with Echizen about the pains of Valentine's Day. Too. Much. Chocolate. I can't eat all of this, not even with Minoru's help! I had four entire cardboard boxes filled with chocolate, for crying out loud! That's far more than last year's haul. I'm considering just going out with a huge basket and throwing them at people randomly. Or melting it down and making an abstract statue with it.

So...my agent has found new ways to drive me up the wall. She means well....but honestly, I haven't done nearly enough to write an autobiography. I know that I actually have time to sit down and write something, but I neither want to nor have enough life experience to be able to make it a seller.

I've always thought it's a bit stupid for younger celebrities to release autobiographies. What have you done in such a short period of time that merits a whole book? Even if you've been a child star, I honestly think you can only really write autobiographies once you've passed forty, at least. That's when you've gained enough life experience and tact to be able to judge your own life without too much bias.

But that's my own opinion. Even with a life as interesting as mine, I honestly can't fill a book.

For Valentine's Day, I have a slightly cold date planned. Bring a coat too, it's gonna be chilly. You might not be able to see me under the layers of clothing~

I have two candidates narrowed down. I'm going to be hiring your services since Genichirou is ill. How much for a day?

I've reached World Number One in the ATP rankings~ A very sincere thank you from the bottom of my heart to everybody who supported me along the way! I appreciate every single gift, email or kind word in my way.

It was fun playing in the round-robin style tournament, since I got to play all of my opponents, not just a couple like you do with larger tournaments. I can't wait to do it again, especially with the British crowd. (Though I could do without the rainy weather ;A;)

I'll be home for another two whole months without going to another country! I get to relax for a bit. I think I'll stop in Tokyo for a week before going to Kyoto to check on Minoru. In that time, will you meet with me for a meal or something, Genichirou? My treat, since I got paid by Nike today as well :)

And Atobe, I owe you a movie-trip. Contact me about that. Oh, and I must be missing people I need to talk with. I'll contact everyone later, once I've attended the afterparty.

Well done, Kazuya-kun. It was a brilliant game. You've really improved since we last played. Good job upon winning the US Open. I look forward to playing with you again.

I'll be back in Japan tomorrow. Yukari-chan, Kura, would you like to go out on Wednesday?

Liliadent-kun, Akaya, sorry for not providing you with a good show. But thank you for coming out to support me. I hope you had an amazing time in America.

And Atobe..? Thanks for the invitation. I think I'll take you up on that.

Wimbledon's champion and world number 2, Yukimura Seiichi delivered an amazing performance in the third round of the US Open against Rafael Nadal, taking the match with a score of 6-1, 6-3, 6-2. There were doubts over Yukimura's performance against the frenchman, especially since Yukimura played two long five set matches in the previous rounds, yet Yukimura disproved them all with a positively electric game! With sharp serves that seemed to disappear as he swung and quick, angled returns that were almost brutal in their ferocity, Yukimura completely steamrollered over Nadal.

Nadal later said, "Yukimura played with a passion today, that I have rarely see him unleash so early in the tournament. It was a great match, and I am not displeased by my loss, though perhaps by the score."

As it was, the usually personable Yukimura was quick to leave the court and did not remain long enough for questions. It raises queries about the state of Yukimura's heath and whether this game was entirely natural. One might almost say that he played like a man possessed today. Whatever reasons for his victory, this reporter is eager to see his next performance!

Reporters never fail to make me laugh. Played like a man possessed indeed...

I have never played a better game in my life, even the ones against Echizen, Genichirou and Tezuka. I both hate you and love you. My coach noticed though. He asked me whether I had a tryst with my girlfriend before the match. I think I was crying with laughter. I almost said something, but I decided to stay quiet. I'm not releasing anything to reporters unless I absolutely have to :/

Have...have you seen the thing with Yukari? Kite-san and Genichirou are trying to find her so I know they'll get to her before that sick fucker tries to marry her, but I wondered if you were going after her as well.

FINALLY back in Japan, if only for six days. Phew, I'm tired. Winning Cincinatti wasn't much of a surprise, though the fight put up by Isner was completely surprising. I wasn't expecting it. Serves me right for underestimating him.

Kura, I have a bit of paperwork to finalise tomorrow evening, so I might be late to our date. I'll send you a text if I actually will be late.

Akaya, are we still on for the 20th? Where would you like to meet?

Renji, Genichirou, are you free this week? We could meet up? I still have yet to meet Himawari-chan and it's been a while since I've seen you in person, Renji. And Genichirou, I need to congratulate you on your promotion ^__^

Tezuka, would you like to do our practise match this week or after the US Open?

Okay, so August's going to be a busy month~! Four major ATP tournaments, five publicity events, three photoshoots and a recording session with Echizen. Phew. I wonder if I'll get the time to sleep through all of this ^^;

I'll be in America from today onwards basically. I'll be coming back to Japan during the 19th and 24th, so I can sign a couple papers and do another photoshoot. If anyone needs me, contact me through this journal or come and find me during my short break from America ^^;

My date with Kuranosuke went well~! I think it's safe to say we're officially dating now.

I didn't say anything before, since neither of us were really sure of anything, but it worked out, so I'm happy to spill. So, yesss....try and keep it out of the media please. Last thing I need are more questions about my personal life, hehe ^^;

Oh, and thanks for the soufflé, Bunta. It was much appreciated~!
